What the benefits to the temps? They receive additional skills, clients benefit more for a more highly skilled workforce and the recruiters gain a revenue stream It’s a win win situation.
A recent survey carried out by secsLife found that 41% of temps received some informal induction training and 43% received informal help from an existing staff member. In comparison to 82% of permanent staff given training when starting a job.
